Gold Vermeil acorn pendant

Small 18ct gold vermeil Sterling silver acorn pendant beautifully crafted from a real acorn, found on a tree in a small hamlet in The Chilterns, Hertfordshire.

The small gold acorn charm is cast in recycled sterling silver and plated with 18ct gold vermeil. It captures the delicate details on the acorn cap and can be paired with other nature charms from my woodland collection and matching earrings are also available.

Imprinted with Caroline's distinctive maker's mark, "CHS," and the quality assurance stamp, "925", your acorn pendant will arrive in my signature gift box, embossed with the Notion Jewellery branding in silver.

How to care for your gold vermeil jewellery
Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a high-quality form of gold plating in which a thick layer of gold (2.5 microns) is coated upon sterling silver. Taking good care of your gold vermeil jewellery will ensure it preserves the longevity of the piece.

Make sure to store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. We would also recommend that you remove your gold vermeil jewellery when bathing or applying perfume as this can cause it to have a dull sheen or in rare cases can cause the gold plating to wear off more quickly.
