These delicate acorn charm earrings sit flat against the earlobe and are cast in solid recycled sterling silver, then gold plated with a thick 3 micron gold vermeil layer. They capturing the fine details on the acorn cap and the beautiful shape of the acorn nut. 

Imprinted with Caroline's distinctive maker's mark, "CHS," and the quality assurance 925 stamp. Your gold vermeil acorn stud earrings will arrive in her signature gift box, embossed with the Notion Jewellery branding in silver.

Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a high-quality form of gold plating in which a thick layer of gold (3 microns) is coated upon sterling silver. Taking good care of your gold vermeil jewellery will ensure it preserves the longevity of the piece.

Make sure to store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. We would also recommend that you remove your gold vermeil jewellery when bathing or applying perfume as this can cause it to have a dull sheen or in rare cases can cause the gold plating to wear off more quickly.
