My name is Hayley, and I’m an artist based in Buckinghamshire. I take inspiration from the local countryside and the wildlife that surrounds me. My time living in Italy and travel to visit family in Canada have also influenced my creative approach. As a collage artist, I paint my own papers to create texture and detail, and I use pastels, pencils, and ink to add further depth and movement. I’m drawn to natural forms and the character of weathered or aged objects, which I sometimes include as ephemera in my work. Wildlife and habitats are central themes in what I create, and I often reflect the changing UK seasons — especially the stillness and structure of the winter landscape — in my art.'
